Jung Foundation, New York City: begins Wednesday, November 4th, 09, 6.30-8.10 pm (Five weeks)
In the first class we will discuss Jung's understanding of active imagination. You should complete all the readings before the first class: they are brief and we will be talking about them.
In the second class we'll paint - all materials are provided - and in the third class we'll discuss the paintings together, sometimes illustrating how Jungian ideas may apply. Fourth class we paint again. Fifth class we discuss again.
If you have never painted since grade school, so much the better. This class has nothing to do with skill. It tends to be a fun class, as well as interesting, and people tend to have a good time together.
